Project description

Creating an interface that combines the workflow currently done in three separate screens. By being able to match and process bank transactions from one place we will make the users’ work a lot more efficient and intuitive. We will also improve the matching logic made in the background which will give the user even less transactions to match manually.

In this project I collaborated with closely with a UX Researcher and another designer in creating wireframes. Through iterations and continuous user interviews we created a solution that our users are really looking forward to getting.

Work process

The project started in 2024 with deep and thorough research. Around 15 companies where interviewed and took part in giving us feedback on our early prototypes.
Findings were presented to stakeholders and important insights were made along the way. The solution is not yet released but plan to be at the end of 2025.

Challenges

An ERP system like Visma Net requires a lot of domain knowledge to understand the users, how they work and what they need. A lot of collaboration with domain experts is needed and really listening to the users when they describe their pains.
